I did my house cleaning job this morning - only clocked up 3000 steps even though it's 2 hours worth of work. My back is feeling it and my gluts... you know those bum muscles What a Face it's a two story job.
Got another one on Friday..... gets me going and it's a bit of cash to play with, though it's gone before I know it!

Will try and go for a walk today...but might have to flag it cos I'm stuffed lol!

Hows everyone else's exercise going?

Hows the exercise going?
I haven't done a hell of a lot these last 2 weeks, mainly because I felt unwell.

But hope to get into it next week, me and my puppy.

Wendy
