| I know everyone weighs in on a different day so I thought if we had this thread everyone could just post their weightloss after their first week no matter what day it is..... For those that have been doing this longer, maybe someone else can start a Week 2 weigh in thread. (don't want to hog them all)  My weigh in is not until next monday but I'm sure someone else will be brave enough to post before then!!!  | |

week two .5kg down.... total so far 2.5kg
5cm off waist
3cm off bust
hips - no change | |

| Finally... Week 1 weigh in. I have lost 1.2kgs this week. I'm so happy. These pills really are working. I couldnt take my pill on Saturday due to really bad period pains. I thought I'd better not mix it with the pain killers but I found myself really hungry on Sunday. All back to normal now so I'm hoping I don't have to skip another pill any time soon. | |

| Copy and paste from the trademe thread.....I did a sneaky weigh in on Saturday and the scales said 65.4. Unfortunately I overate a bit during the weekend so this morning the scales had gone back up to 66.8. EEEK... I think it had a lot to do with not drinking enough water so hopefully over the next couple of days it'll go right back down again. So the official monday morning weigh in means I only lost 100gms this week. lol. | |
