Week 1: (all ready to fill in the blanks?)

I have lost 2.7kgs since last Monday (I started on Reductil on Wednesday, but had weighed myself on Monday, in readiness for the dr's appointment. I'm delighted - may it all go as smoothly and easily as this lot! I realise that I cant continue to lose at this rate- but its a great mental boost!

I started reductil 10mg last wednesday and have lost 2.5 kgs WOW i am happy with this because it was painless and yes I know it will slow down but any loss and not gain is good

My first weigh today - starting weight ***3.5kg***. Will let you know next Monday what my first weeks lose will be without reductil. Congrats to everybody who has lost anything because as long as the scales are going down, it doesn't matter how slowly or quickly!

Gee you gals should be pleased with even a 500 gm weekly weight loss, sure 2 and 3 kgs sound wonderful, but a 500 gms loss is just as great.

Don't set yourself up for disappointment .. they say a 2 kg monthly weight loss is terrific.

Woohoo! Weighed in this morning and lost 2kgs for my first week! I can't believe how uninterested in food I am now!! And not hungry. Have finally started using my Ab King Pro and can feel the results of that too! So there 2slik4u!! lol....Cheers all

Well done! Mattie, I think you'll find over the next few weeks, we'll all even out. I lost 2.5 in teh first week, but my weight hasn't moved a single gram (well a single 100g anyway!) since Monday. So probably we'll average out over the first month or so to all lose a similar total. I had a wisdom tooth forcibly removed this afternoon , so I'm pleased teh reductil will keep my appetite down as I'll be on the shushy stuff for about a week. I hope painkillers dont have calories in them!

Well done Shell! My official day is tomorrow, so am keen to see what theresults are! I've been living on mush since Friday after hvaing a wisdom tooth out!

Thanks Winnie - I went to the dentist to take out the root of another tooth that snapped off months ago. I mentioned that I had felt another tooth give way the previous day and that it was slightly tender. She checked it out and found that it was my wisdom tooth which had snapped down the middle. I had the other bottom one taken out about a month ago and it was a breeze, after I'd psyched myself up for it to be bad. This time I made the mistake of assuming this would be easy too - I was wrong!

However, this wek's result -600g, total loss, 3.3kg! I'm really rapt, as it certainly hasnt been hard work. Good luck everyone with this week!

that great every one well done.I dont get weight till next monday when i go to get my BP checked.But its feels like i have losted.Brought one of those step thingies after work today have been walking round the house with it.lol.Have a great nite.

I'm down another 500gm - 1kg in 2 wks. Great to see everyone's progress. Reductil seems to be helping you all. haven''t been tempted to get it yet - but maybe soon! Keep up the good work.

Weighed myself this morning Day 6 and have lost 1 kg
so I'm pleased. Hasn't taken any effort on my part either, totally painless!
